Stunning Sand Sculptures By Artist JOOHeng Tan

45-year-old Singaporean, JOOheng Tan, is also known as ‘Vincent Sand Gogh’ for his mad skills in sand sculpting. In the past two decades, he has put Singapore on the world map. His creations earned him numerous international awards, and have been showcased in over 70 cities to date.

These stunning sand sculptures are being used to encourage youngsters to explore their surroundings and play in the dirt. Artist JOOHeng Tan used a staggering 18-tonnes of sand for each of the incredible images – topped off with an appearance by his children. The impressive backdrops were commissioned for an OMO washing detergent advertising campaign.
